Nigeria vs Algeria: Super Eagles star names two things they must do to beat Desert Foxes
Super Eagles defender, Jamilu Collins has named two things his side must do to beat Algeria national team in Sunday’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, semi-final fixture.
The SC Paderborn star stated that Super Eagles players must play better and also according to the instruction of Head coach, Gernot Rohr, if they must beat the Desert Foxes at the Cairo International Stadium.
The left-back also noted that with the right attitude and good character on matchday, the three times African champions can clinch victory over Algeria.
Nigeria head to the game after defeating South Africa in the quarter-final.
“It is possible to win the match against Algeria if we play better on that day and play to the instruction of the coach,” Collins told SportingLife.
“It is difficult to predict the results of matches in this tournament, the more you play to the instruction of the coaches the more result you get.
“We are ready to play any team in the tournament but if you want to go far in the tournament you have to play according to the coach instructions.”
